For the time we spent on the phone, we really didn't accomplish much. I didn't think that the fee for what we accomplished was reasonable. Other than that, he was good. He seemed like he knew what he was doing, but we didn't get much done so that's the complaint I have. The price was on the high side for what we accomplished.

We've had a longtime relationship with Network Rescue and wouldn't trust my computers to anyone else.
They have always steered me in the right direction and never try to sell me something that I don't need. They are reasonable and can either come out to your home or office and in some cases they can even fix your computer remotely.
In some cases like last week, they again saved me from myself. I tried to handle things on my own and of course made a big mess of things. Peter talked me off the ledge and even though it was a busy day, Michael fitted me into an already busy schedule and to help get me out of a jamb. He even followed up the next day to see how things were going. You don't get that kind of customer service from most businesses these days.
Whether you're buying a new computer, setting up a network or you're have computer issues, Network Rescue is the one to call!!!
