I would NEVER recommend this company.  Yes they came on time, but their professionalism was at an all time low.  One of the workers used the bathroom without asking.  I had to tell them to separate the sofa and clean in between where the sofa joins.  They "do it the EASY way" when I asked them to move the cabinet away from the wall.  They left a puddle on my tile floor (they could of asked for a towel to wipe it up) and I slipped. When I called the office and talked with the owner, he said he would call me back after he spoke with his team.  He didn't call me so I called, he said yes what I reported  was correct but that was all.  All I can say is ' STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY'.
Am I satisfied with the cleaning, no at all. For the price I paid, it should be a lot better.

We have been using this company for years. Marilyn calls us every few months to see if we need service. If we do not at the time, there is no problem. The past few times we have had them come out, we have had Mike B and Hector. They are professional, on time and do a beautiful job. They also are friendly to my dog - very important. The price is always very fair. We highly recommend this company and will definitely continue to use them.

National Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning is a very good company I have used them for many years, they are very honest and dependable, they steam clean to the highest degree and they are very professional. They do not use soap they do not use dry chemicals it is strictly steam. There rates are very reasonable and will continue to use them and I do recommend them.

They did a good job overall. One time they even got out some very bad stains. They stuck to the price described on the phone. Each time they did not raise the rate either. They were quick and professional.

I had told the person on the phone that I only wanted the rooms done and not the closet. They did the closet anyway and charged me. They also charged me for a strip of carpet near my sink that they said they wouldn't charge me for. When they were done and the carpet was wet, it looked good. When it dried, the stains in the bedroom were still there. They were good at getting another technician out and, for the most part, he got the stains out. I spoke with the owner's wife who answers the phone and she was terrific. She said she would send me a check for the closet and area near the sink. She never did. I could have called her back to let her know that I didn't get the check, but at that point I just wrote them off and figured I wouldn't do business with them again.

I have been in business for 18 years and take pride in my customers being happy. That is not like me at all, if I said I was going to mail you a check then I stand by my word. So I would appreciate it greatly if you could give me a call so I can resolve this for you. However, at the time of your service I had a technician open up a carpet cleaning company under my name and made copies of my customers invoices and I am just hoping that you werent one of them that they tried to scam. But regardless, it is my companies name, company shirts, and invoices so I don't want to leave a bad taste in your mouth weither or not you decide to use us again. They were right on time, did not push extras on me, charged exactly what I expected. Great price-had a coupon from valpak. Have had better cleaning, but for a lot more money. Good price for what you get.

"Member, Thank you very much for the report and I love the honest opinion but I am a little worried when you say that you paid more for better cleaning. Because my equipment is the best out there, not just saying that. You can look it up. Mine are $50,000.00 truck-mounted units, not little portables or dry cleaning machines and we inject with 600lbs of pressure and extract with 190 degrees of hot steam, ran off the engine. Other carpet cleaner has a portable unit bolted to the back of there truck and have $120.00 minimum so when you say you get what you pay for, it was you being scammed with the different ways of cleaning (which there is no such thing) either your equipment is good or it is not. If they tried to sell you "deep cleaning", "scrub method" and/or "brightner" then it was a scam because with steem cleaning it is all about the equipment, as far as pressure and hot steem. No other way around that. All I ask is for you to keep this all in mind before you get your carpet,tile,and/or furniture done. Thank You!! THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK. THEY HAD A MILLION DIFFERENT COLORS AND DIFFERENT TEXTURES TO CHOOSE FROM. I HAD INSURANCE THAT PAID FOR MOST OF IT, WHICH WAS ALSO A PLUS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
