Hello, We are MPC Total Services Corp. I would like to take this opportunity to introduce to you all our company and the services we provide. MPC Total Services is a family-owned business that services the tri county areas (Dade, Broward, Palm Beach) and also service to Port St. Lucie as well. MPC has been working in this field for almost 7 years and we have done many turns / homes to be "rent-ready" for the next tenant to move in, have worked in homes that were to be put on the market, and have assisted and completed many work orders as well. Our services include cleaning, maintenance, handymen repairs, drywall repairs, electrical, basic plumbing, bathroom renovations, interior painting, exterior painting / repairs, mold assessing / testing, mold remediation, and more! We have a great team of foreman that can meet at properties and perform walkthroughs with Homeowners and or Super-intendents when need be. MPC Total Services also has experience in assisting to work orders / scheduling appointments with tenants / homeowners that need an issue and or problem in their home to be addressed as soon as possible.
