I have used this company for 2 years and for the most part the cleaning was good. I had to call a few times regarding vacuuming that was missed, beds that were not changed, doors left unlocked a few times. The team over the past few months was better than those in the past so it seems as if the screening at MM is improving.
I had received a call from MM stating that other homes had some issues with theft and they wanted to know if we were affected as well. We were not and it overall good that we were contacted however still made us a bit nervous.

mixed results with cleaning my home. had to have cleaning service come back twice. the cleaning people never clean my tub. I'd come home and my hair would still be in the tub and the soap scum was never cleaned. My house is a 1 bed/ 1 bath and I'm not a dirty person. How had can it be??

Went really well . A team of 3 uniformed ladies came , right on time, did a brief walk through and got to work right away. I paid for 2 hours for an initial deep cleaning and now every week they will come and maintain and clean and mop kitchen bathrooms, vacumme ect. They were very nice ladies, went right to work finished in two hours and made sure I was happy with everything. They cleaned a lot of of things I forget about like picture frames on walls, and tables, blinds & baseboards. Very happy..

I've been using Molly Maids for a while now and have been generally pleased with the work. We had an issue where on one occasion the house wasn't completed when i returned home. A well used scrub brush was left in a dirty kitchen skink, counters weren't wiped down, etc. Quite a bit was left undusted throughout the house and it just looked like ti had been a very rushed process. I called them to complain and they cam back out the following day and re-did those things that had been missed. They did a great job and I was pleased and continued to use them.
There have been a few times since then that the job done wasn't as I had hoped but not worth complaining about or dragging them back so I cleaned those places myself.
This last time they were at my home was the end. The house hadn't been vaccumed, my husband's office and bathroom hadn't been touched, there was mold starting to grow in one of the showers and it was ignored. Dusting wasn't done, kitchen counters hadn't been clearned. From what we could tell venetican blinds had been dusted, one of the bathroom sinks and mirrors had been done but that seemed to be it. This time when I called I was angry. They were very apologetic and cam back out yesterday to finish the house. Once again, they did an excellent job.
I called and left a message that I was pleased with the re-do but very unhappy with the inconsistency of the work done. I said that if I could get the job done very time like they had done the re-do I would continue to work with them and to call me if they wished to discuss. Otherwise they could mail my key back to me. That was last night and as of 2pm today I have not heard back so I'm assuming business must be good and we're done.
When there're good - they're very good and when they're back they are really bad - no consistency!

They did a good job. They were very professional and thorough. They cleaned inside and tops of my cabinets. They worked several hours on getting the house perfect before I put it on the market.

I had two people come in for two hours, and I think they are good. They are nice people. They are definitely a big help for people who actually work. They do a decent job. I will continue to use them in the future.
