MOLLY MAID - Coastal Boca Raton and South Wellin

Molly Maids is a great company, this location specifically. They are very responsive by texting every time they will be there so we are aware, and also email invoices in a timely manner.  The only complaint is that their prices are somewhat high, but overall great people to work with. English speaking is a plus too. We will continue to use them in the future.  Thanks.

The original appointment was made for Thursday Oct 3rd. For this appointment she was informed of our new address. When we contacted Molly Maids about the missed appointment it was discovered we were never entered into the system. It was rescheduled for 2 days later, Saturday Oct 5th at 11am. Saturday at 1140am still no Molly Maids. Called Ginger to find out she sent them to our old address. Why didn't they call us earlier to tell us no one was answering the door or that they had been turned away? Why did we have to be the ones making phone calls? We had to leave before the maids arrived but left payment and a key for them. Called numerous times to try and talk to the maids about priorities but they never answered their phones. Got home to discover some rooms were not vacuumed, counters were not wiped down, the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned, trash bags put in the cans. Called Ginger to complain and was told oh they were only there for two hours and they did the best they could do. She offered to take $5 off the next time we have them come out. Why would we have them come out again?

I have used them twice.  Two people had come out the first time.  I paid for three people at an hourly rate the second time they were out.  I would hire them again.
