Description of Work: I had a phone that was ruined by being in a pool for 10 minutes. Verizon was only able to back-up my contacts after I synced my info with my wife's old Blackberry. In that case, all that they could do at Verizon was transfer my contacts. I live and breathe on Microsoft Office 2010, and desperately needed my calendar and other contacts. They pointed me to and Android program that would transfer all the data I needed. They spent 15 minutes on the phone diagnosing the problem, gave me the correct answer, and refused any type of payment. Would I use them again, or recommend them? ABSOLUTELY!

Description of Work: I got a used Verizon BlackBerry 8330 from MobileSource. Loved the phone but a few weeks later the keyboard crapped out -- all of a sudden it just stopped working. Took the phone back to MobileSource and they immediately swapped it for another used 8330 of comparable condition -- actually showed me several to choose from -- on the spot, no questions asked. That phone's been working great for months. Love the great customer service from Ed and his team. Highly recommend!
