Description of Work: MJM originally installed the phone system in our home. We had a problem with the line that connected the gate and door keypads to the phone system (to ring in the house) and called MJM out to see if they could fix it. Their tech took the gate keypad apart and concluded a new line needed to be pulled, which he did not have with him. After numerous follow-up contacts he finally came back out to pull the line but then told us an electrician would be needed. He was to arrange a time for he and the electrician to jointly make the repair. More weeks passed and numerous efforts to get them to schedule the call. One of the owners finally came with the electrician but left without making the repair. Our once singular problem, through their tinkering, went from simply the call button not working to the entire keypad not working and the pad left hanging from the keypad box because they had not reassembled it. The tinkering also knocked out the previously working ringer on the door. Several more weeks passed of frequently calling to find out when they would return. I finally reached the owner who told me that they just couldn't get their electrician to call back so they couldn't do anything. They were incompetent, unresponsive, took a small problem and compounded it into a big issue (gate can't be used at all), and left us high and dry. Use these guys at your own peril. We will never consider calling them again.
