Description of Work: Repainting of office, living room, family room, dining room, and loft area - ceilings and walls.Removal of applied wall moldings and resurfacing of dry wall in knock-down.Removal of drywall in loft area and preparation of area for installation of custom cabinetry.Minor electrical work.

 + -1 moreTook a $9000.00 deposit, on a $16,750 estimate. Demanded another $20,000.00. When he was asked for an accounting of the $9,000.00, he took his equipment and left. Considering a lawsuit and criminal charges.
Description of Work: Contracted to repair leaks around windows and water damage to drywall in Masterbath, living, dining room & kitchen for $16,750. Took $9,000 deposit. Tore out two vanities, two walls and ceiling in upstairs Master Bathroom. Repaired leaks around one window in Master Bath. Left Mast Bath an unusable shambles. Repaired leaks around windows downstairs cut out damaged drywall and DEMANDED another $20,000. Left holes in the walls and red primer on outside windows upstairs and downstairs.
