He took money for that. It cost me $100. That was good. He went to look at my service box. He said I needed a new one because it was going to cause a fire. Sure enough, the unit that I had was not good. So I gave him money to get me a new box and circuit breakers and then he was going to do my ceiling, he was going to take down electrical wires and pipes and whatever and he needed money and I gave him money. I gave him $4000. The guy never came back. All he did was just change my hanging light and that was it. I'm trying to get in touch with him and I can't. My interaction with him was okay. He came from same neighborhood up in New York. So we had that in common. That was it and it was all full of promises and then he left. The work he did was fair. He should not rip people off their money. Also, he didn't write out an itemized list or anything, he just gave me a bunch of numbers on a piece of paper and that was it. There was no itemized list. So that was poor of him to do that.
Description of Work: He just took down a hanging light and he put a new one up.
