DO NOT USE McGowan pools. They are unrelaible, they will break your filter and then charge you to fix it! They are the terrible with customer service and if you want issues with your pool hottub, use them!

They are awesome. The price is well worth every penny. It's a very good company.

They were used by the home's previous owners and were highly recommended. So we stuck with them, and haven't regretted that decision. The person they send to clean the pool shows up at pretty much the same day and time each week to do his thing. We've been at the house for a year, and only recall them sending a different person once, and it was the company owner's son.
We need to replace our pool pump and have also decided to use their services for this.

We purchased a new home and the previous owner was using this company for their weekly service. We kept the service for the time being but have been very happy with it and decided to stick with it. The guy comes every week at the same time, works very efficiently and gets the work done in no time. We have an open pool with a lot of vegetation around and we do get a lot of leaves and other things in the pool. After he's done the pool is clean and ready for our enjoyment.

Someone comes every week to clean and pH-balance the pool, plus clean the filter as necessary. The person who comes is very courteous, gets the work done quickly and has a great attitude. When I have a non-routine issue such as a pool pump seizing they respond promptly and resolve my situation. I am extremely satisfied.
