I callled the company after a google search.They responded hours after thebinitial call.We discussed that I wanted a deep cleaning to a vehicle recently purchased. The person on the phone was fast to set up an appointment and not so fast to give a price.I had to ask twice for the price which was $69.99.A few days later a technician arrived at My home. He said that the price was $69.99 +$10.00 trip charge ( Really your less than 4 miles from my home).I said that wasn't what I was quoted at which time I went into my house and called the company.To no avail they didn't return my call in a timely matter ( the next day).The job proceeded,the technician then explained that he won't be using the truck apparatus .He would be using a portable machine (much like a rug doctor rental machine).I was none to pleased with this .Although the technician was pleasant I felt I was getting the run around and not the job I was expecting.The technician used my electric from the house ,my power cord ,and my water.It was an extremely hot day.I have covered area available but was unable to use because of the power issue.After the job was "completed" I was unable to tell if the job was adequate or not.Due to the fact the carpet was still wet .I noticed the center console which is a hard plastic had droplets which appeared to be water.Aftet checking on the vehicle about an hour later I noticed whatever the liquid was on the console bleached the color out of it. With several round spots.I again called the company to no avail.The call was returned over 24 hrs later .With an excuse that they were having issues retrieving there messages.The person I was speaking to was very shady .He spoke to me in a very condescending manner. Insinuating that this was all my fault.He stated that he could have a technician back tomorrow at which time I told him that I have to work ,but if I can get out a little early I will meet a technician.After the conversation I was very weary of the situation and the company business practice. Needless to say there was no communication at which time I reached out again to speak to a nasty individual on the phone that cursed at me and threatened me.At which time I cancelled my check which cost me $30.00 and the new console which was $42.35 $72.35 nightmare for a $69.99 oops $80.00 less than satisfactory job and the most horrible customer service I have ever encountered.Company was found to have no name on truck ,Internet only company out of a private home I'm sure. I would put the details of the verbs the company used with me on the phone but the report isn't for that purpose.i am a firm believer in second chances and making good on a bad situation .I give up on this company completely. I have since acquired another reputable carpet cleaning company and job is complete.Expensive experience this was .
