Mark does amazing work and is very detailed oriented. He has the customers best interest at heart and will go the extra mile to make sure they are happy.

Mark helped my husband and I to find our home in 2015. He was very patient and encouraging, as it was our very first experience purchasing a home. We didn't know what to expect, but he was very informative, and he explained everything we needed to know about the home purchasing process, as well as about being a homeowner. He responded to emails, phone calls and text messages promptly and made himself available based on our schedule. During our search, Mark protected us from houses that he knew would be a disaster for first-time homeowners. When we found the house we wanted, he assured that every concern was addressed and fixed before our purchasing agreement was finalized. We were only left with minor cosmetic changes due to our own personal preferences after purchasing our house. Mark made what could have been a stressful process fun and educational. He even kept in touch after the sale was final, and he was able to connect us to a talented handyman to remodel our entire bathroom on a budget. Mark was there for us all along the way, and he still responds to our inquiries two years after our deal was completed. I would definitely seek Mark's services again. Customer service is obviously a priority to him and a gift of his. He does his job well, he cares about people, and he has an eye for quality properties. We are still in love with our home and grateful for the gem that Mark has helped us to find.

He was available when needed and always a phone call away. He was highly recommended from a co-worker and I am so glad that I can now tell my own experience. Mark not only got me the best possible deal on the house I was purchasing, he made sure that the house I was selling went to the absolute best buyer. As a first time home buyer with no home buying experience whatsoever, there's a sort of a negative vibe that revolves around using Realtor's. My initial thought was that when hiring a Realtor their goal is to get you a home as quick as possible so they can make a few bucks and then be on their way. I was referred to Mark by a co-worker who could not stop bragging about him, saying that I needed to drop my negative mindset and give him a chance. She asked if she could throw him my contact information and I gave in and hoped for the best. The next day Mark contacted me and all my doubts went away. From the second we first spoke, it seemed as if we had known each other for years. He introduced himself, got to know me a little and then set up an in-person interview with my girlfriend and myself to get to the nitty-gritty. In a span of three months my girlfriend, Mark and I looked at several dozen houses in person and several thousand houses online. Not once did Mark lose patience or question how picky we were, but instead worked even harder to make sure that we would not go see another house with the same downsides as a previous home. He kept seeking to better our experience at every turn, continuously asking us questions to get a better feel for what we liked and disliked. Communication was always A-list, no matter what day of the week, or hour of the day, if we sent something we'd get a reply quickly. The genuine care that Mark showed for us was just out of this world indescribable. Every moment we were together was laughs and a good time all while sticking to business. He will stop at nothing to save you money or get you a better deal, regardless if it affects him in a negative way. I'm happy to say that our experience with Mark changed my outlook completely on how Realtors work. I can't speak for any other person in the business, but my money will always be on Mark Johnson to get you the home of your dreams like he did us. It went very well. I was losing patience and hope for finding the home I wanted. Mark was very positive and patient. He works 7 days a week. As you start the process, he learns you as a person and not just as a client which aids in him finding the home that fits you and your family just right. He will not get you a home just to make a sale...the home has to fit you like a comfy pair of shoes. He knows his stuff! I referred him to my daughter as well as my co-worker and both are closing soon. I absolutely love my home.!
