Hurricane Shutter Service
It took them an unusually long time to obtain the shutters and then they had issues with the building permit because Marathon Construction didn't meet certain requirements in a timely fashion, so they had to request an extension. The first crew that did show up to install the shutters was useless! They kept bugging my wife, who works at home, for water and to use the bathroom. The crew broke flower pots and 30 barrel tiles on the garage roof and didn't let us know. Then after taking about 3 days to install shutters on three windows, they just didn't show up anymore. The second crew that came was much better, installing the remaining 5 shutters and fixing the work of the first crew within a few days. However, they also broke one flower pot and drilled two holes all the way through the wall in our bedroom. At least they admitted to their mistakes. The company did agree to pay for the broken roof tiles.
