excellent. Lori Jill came out and worked with me on what would look best. She has an eye for design and suggested ideas that I never would have thought about. Looks great and I am VERY pleased. One of the drapery rods showed a manufacturing defect after several months and she came out and replaced it, no problem.

Lori Gill Designs saw me as someone that just need their blinds fixed and even thought I wasn't there customer they coordinated everything and did it all for free. They are exemplary at customer service and the type of company that everyone should do business with.

Lori Jill was my vendor of choice for all of my window treatments after purchasing my home in Parkland. After having another Hunter Douglas provider come to my home and give me a quote, I decided to go with Jeff at Lori Jill as he is the owner and his prices were fair and service exemplary. I ordered power rise and manual Pirouette shades for my family room,living room, master bedroom and guest suite, wood blinds for 2 guest bedrooms and arched vinyl shutters for two large windows. The installers that work for Jeff also provide excellent customer service and they have been working for him for years. You will not get better service and their prices were about 10% less than other Hunter Douglas quotes I got. Highly recommend

Very happy with results and service

They were wonderful! We got their name from Angie's List. They were very professional, friendly, and on-time. There were no delays. Helpful...accomodating...enjoyable...What else can I say more? It was a very pleasant experience.

He came to the house. They had better prices. They come out to the house and measure. They give advice. The information that they gave while they were at the house was helpful. Different tips like what are you going to do when you put it on a door was useful. Ultimately it was price and big name quality stuff. Not off brand stuff. The only negative is that the one blind, the very bottom of the blind of the cord popped off, so it droops. The bottom that is supposed to weight it popped off from the rest of the blinds. They did come out and fix it pretty quickly. I had two things that they had to come out for. The first was user error, I couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t doing something and then we figured that out quickly. The second time was the cord had popped and they came out to fix that, but it popped out again so it really wasn’t a fix. It’s not worth my bother to call them almost year later to try and have them fix it again. If anything that was a little irritating, and it is irritating when I see it. But otherwise they’ve held up ok. He came out a couple times to show me something.
