 + -1 moreWhen he didn't do the job, he never responded to my repeated phone calls, not even to my verbal and then written plea to return my apartment key. I ended up having to change the lock on my door. It's hard to imagine him staying in business. Hire this man at your own peril.
Description of Work: After a reasonably good first experience with him in his first repairs, de did not return my phone calls for my second repair job; and the job was not done by him. I gave him the benefit of the doubt when he later said he had phone problems and could not retrieve his contact list. For my third repair job he came to look at the project, set a time to do it, then never showed. He rescheduled but didn't show or call after the second no-show. Then his pattern of never returning phone calls resumed, This man is totally unprofessional and discourteous.
