Pool and Spa Servicing
May 23, 2007, I purchased a replacement tank and filter for my swimming pool at the Boca Raton store. Roman at the store called the main office in Arizona and made the arrangement to have the tank & filter installed. He called me later that day and told me the installer would be at my home Friday, 5/25/2007, between noon and 5pm. Someone called on Friday 5:15 and said installer would not be there today but would be there Saturday at 8am. Installer showed up at 9:30 Saturday and installed the tank & filter. June 1, 2007, I had problem with bubbles in the pool. I called the local store they told me I must call Arizona and have them schedule the repair. I called Arizona. They scheduled the service for 6/6/2007, from 8am-12. Arizona called on 6/6/2007 at 12:30pm, said the repair man would not be there today. So I told them to cancel the service call and I would find someone else more dependable.
