Don Lawrence is experienced and capable. He arrived on time and proceeded to search for leaks in the pool without any muss or fuss. He didn't make a big deal about leak detection. He used a microphone to listen around the pool for rushing water and found and fixed the leak in the main drain. The price was right. Don't let the P.O. box be a false negative. This is a family run business. According to their card they are licensed and insured and in business since 1967.
