When I first spoke with Bill, he seemed very pleasant. I asked him to walk the property and to give me an estimate of how much it would cost to have the yard fixed up. The next day, he walked the entire property and quoted me a price of $675.00. I agreed to the price and we scheduled a day for him to do the work. He showed up at the house with his two-man crew and we walked the property together to go over the details. When we finished, he informed he had to speak with and quot;his guys.and quot; When he came back, he told me that he underquoted the job and would have to charge more money ($800) because his two workmen wanted more. I asked him who was the boss - he was. I asked who made the business decisions - he did. Regardless, his two employees dictated how the business was to be run. Even though he supposedly has been in the business for a long time, and he walked the property himself personally 5 days earlier (nothing had changed between the time he walked the property to the time he showed up to do the work), he and quot;made a mistake.and quot; I informed him that it was very bad business to quote a price and then refuse to honor it. I also requested use of the 10% off coupon on this website, and he said I couldn't use it. I was 5 days in and it was urgent that I have the job done, so I agreed to pay the higher price (under extreme protest). I had planned on using the company for regular lawn maintenance, but after being conned about the price for the clean-up, I decided against it. Then, despite overcharging me and not accepting responsibility for his own business, Bill had the nerve to call me up a couple of days later and tell me I needed more work done that he was going to charge me more money for. When I got the bill, in order to make it look like he did me a favor, he put on the bill that he charged me $890.00 but he was giving me the 10% discount, for a price of $800. When I spoke with him, I said - the amount was $800, and if he wanted to give me the 10% discount, he could apply it to the $800 and I would pay $720. He again refused.
Very very bad business - beware of overcharging. My mistake not to get the original quote in writing . If you do decide to go with this company, which I would suggest you don't, make sure you get everything in writing. Do not trust what Bill quotes you as a price.

Recently purchased a new house and the grass and landscaping was gettng pretty shoddy. Bill was punctual in meeting me to discuss the yardwork. He pointed out issues that he saw (in addition to the ones that I already new about). His prices were good so I authorized the work. His team cleaned up the dead landscaping, removed the dead stumps, cut and fertilized the lawn and cut back the hedges. Two months later, the lawn is looking fantastic. His team still cuts my lawn today and I will be engaging him for some more landscaping changes in the near future.

Great experience from start to finish. The best part was how responsive they were to my needs. Bill answered his phone the first time I dialed his number! (All the other companies I called took at minimum 5 days to respond to my messages). He stopped by my house within 2 hours of our first conversation. We reviewed everything that I wanted done and I had a written estimate from him immediately. We scheduled the work on the spot. That was Friday morning, on Monday his crew was at my house. They were professional and in a couple of hours my yard was transformed. They hauled away all of the debris and left the yard looking new again. We have hired them to maintain our lawn on a regular basis.
