LAWN CARE UNLIMITED INC

We contacted Bill at Unlimited Lawn to do a one time cut, trim and edge of our lawn on Tuesday, 4/1/2014. Bill said that he will do the job the next morning (Wednesday) for 30 dollars. We both agreed and he committed to Wednesday morning. We arrived home at 8:30pm and saw that the lawn had not been cut. We immediately called Bill and got ahold of him. Bill instantly apologized then stated he completely forgot and will be out to cut our lawn the next morning (4/2/2014) before noon. We told him that it will be ok to do it on Thursday as long as it was before noon because our lawn is long and the neighbors are complaining. He agreed. Thursday morning at 8:14am, we called Bill to re-confirm Unlimited Lawns will be coming out but got his voice mail. We did leave a message with the purpose of our call. We arrived home at 9:12pm and saw that, again, nothing had been done. We immediately called Bill only to receive his voicemail. We called him 16 minutes later with my spouse's cell phone and still no answer. Bill sent a text to me at 10:39pm stating "Sorry. The men lost ur address. They finished for the week. I guess u will have to find someone else sorry !". I called him as soon as I saw the text which was at 10:49pm and left a message explaining my displeasure with his text and how he conducted business. I then texted him at 10:52pm stating "This is absolutely ridiculous. Business should not be conducted this way. I will make sure that others understand how you do business so others don't get screwed like me." We then searched Unlimited Lawns in Google and noticed 2 things; 1) there were other reviews posted and 2) there was another phone number. I called that number only to get the same voicemail. Now we need to find another lawn company to come out as soon as we can so we please our neighbors, ugh! Sincerely, Adam
