We had a water line break behind a wall. Had repairs attempted by a "handy man". That didn't go well. Called Larry Seebach to help us out. We have used Larry in the past to paint both the outside and inside of our home in Boca Square. Each time we have been very happy with his work ethic, price and timeliness of completing the work at hand. I highly recommend Larry for any painting you require for your property.

I originally requested a quote from Larry based on his 4.9 star reviews and I now see why he is so highly rated. I was pleased from the first time I met Larry as he was early for our appointment. His instant quote & professional attitude gave me a good feeling about him. After 3 more quotes, I called Larry to give him my job. He is very straightforward & fair with his pricing. Most of all Larry is one of the most accountable contractors I've ever hired. There was never a time that my phone calls / texts went unanswered. He communicated frequently and showed up when he said he would. He & his team also did a terrific job removing the popcorn, applying texture & repainting the ceiling. I will definitely recommend him to any friends & family that require painting services.

Larry is our go to for all painting needs. He and his team works hard and are detailed orientated. He is reliable and honest. Professional and clean up after every day on the job. The most recent project we had Larry work on was redoing our garage. He removed the popcorn ceiling and added knockdown. It came out so clean. He also patched and painted the walls so it would be a nice clean surface for cabinets and shelves. Larry has also painted our exterior of our house abs along with a built in cabinet and several rooms. We used one painter in the past because of the low price and we needed Larry to fix some of it. We learned our lesson and go with the best from the beginning.

Larry came on time for his estimate appointment and each painting day. Larry and John were very concerned about my wishes; took extreme care of my furnishings. All patchwork was done prior to painting. Livingroom, dininrg room, foyer, staircase and hall all painted beautifully and with 3 coats. Highly recommend.

Larry is a true professional who goes the extra mile to do a superior job. He will NOT be your cheapest bid but he WILL do the best work. Quality costs folks (this job was $18,600!) but Larry delivers the goods. Other painting companies walked away and didn't even provide estimates when they saw the detailed scope of the work with many interior cabinets and small spaces which required a lot of time. But Larry stepped up and his team took on a complete interior and exterior painting job including substantial drywall and stucco repair work on the exterior walls. Most of the time he had three guys working consistently every day for nearly three weeks. I wanted a lot of different colors on the inside (9) and it was not problem. He hit every deadline and did everything I asked him to do. I am hiring him again to do some other projects in the near future.

We recently had the entire interior of our condo painted by Larry's crew and we could not be more satisfied by their work. Larry's crew performed carpentry work and sheetrock repair before the painting and I was a little worried at first that the job would not be completed to my satisfaction. Larry assured me that his crew knew what they were doing and that the job would be done right. His crew did a great job and completed their work on schedule and left our condo cleaner than when they arrived. We have had many compliments on his painting from friends and neighbors, we highly recommend him.

Larry came in with a very reasonable quote for the size of the job. The crew was excellent. They did a bit of drywall work we needed and it turned out great. They were careful with the furniture and covered everything, no messes. Results are great.

Larry came out for quote immediately and he went over everything in great detail, all we had to do was pick out the colors. A crew of 3 arrived very punctual the next day and performed the work meticulously

It went well, I was a little upset when they change the start date and he couldn't come before thanks giving but he come and done it quickly and did a good quality job and got it done ahead of time to make my house ready for the day. The price was reasonable and he came out when he said he will.

This our second project with Larry’s team. In August 2017 they did the entire interior. This time, it was the entire exterior. Meticulous work from prep to touch-up and clean-up. These guys are great.

Larry did a great job with our warehouse and office. We repainted our entire warehouse and office space. The walls were roughly 25 feet tall concrete block and looked really dingy. The new paint completely transformed the room and brightened the space. The office including painting, baseboards and repairing the drywall. Looks great. They did not skimp on primer and applied adequate coats. The warehouse walls were concrete blocks with dark stains with a lot of detail work behind pipes and cords. Again, fantastic job. We were looking at office flooring and they suggested epoxy floors. We liked the idea and decided to epoxy the entire warehouse and office. They did a great job with that as well. We were hoping to incorporate silver mica flakes into the floor chips or glitter. They talked us out of it as they were not familiar with the materials and were concerned about quality of the finish. They did a very thorough and detailed job. Kept us up to date on progress and finished quickly. You might be able to find someone cheaper but those companies likely would skimp on primer, fewer coats, less prep work, etc. Overall, I would recommend them and work with them again.

We hired Seebach painting last year to remove wallpaper in the powder room and paint main living areas & most bedrooms. In the powder room you can't even tell there was wallpaper previously. Beautifully finished walls. As for the painting, straight lines where walls join ceiling and wonderful job on the rest. The price was very reasonable and the job was completed quickly. Last month Larry & crew stripped the wallpaper in the master bedroom and bathroom. Again, beautiful work. We also had them paint the outside of the house. We did not receive additional bids because we were so happy with the work that was done last year. Highly recommend Larry Seebach Painting.

Great company, came early and painting was done a day and a half early. Did a fantastic job! Very professional. It’s wonderful to have a professional painter come in do such a great job, especially in South Florida! I’ll never paint again and will call Larry Seebach again for sure. The house looks brand new!
