Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
The work was completed on 8/4/06. After the contractor left, I noticed a break in the Formica directly in front of the sink. Also, 2 cabinet doors were resurfaced instead of replaced. I supposedly have a 7 year parts and materials warranty and a 5 year labor warranty. I have been trying to get it resolved since then. It is now Nov. 17, 2006, and I am waiting again for someone to show up. So far, this has occurred about 5 times.
