David Stern appraised my wedding set in addition to fixing a botched jewelry customization job performed by a mall kiosk. The mall kiosk attempted to customize a gold snake ring but their work looked amateur and one of the stones fell out. This mall kiosk also fixed a broken earring back, but the solder job didn't last. David Stern created a beautiful piece in the snake ring by incorporating some garnets I had from a single earring. They also did a fine job fixing the earring back that the mall couldn't fix properly. They appraised my wedding set as well and did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone and have told my husband to go here to buy future gifts for me!!

I took some jewelry items for appraisal to David and received a thorough meeting during which he educated me on various aspects of gemology and the appraisal process. He took his time with each piece and prepared honest and thorough appraisal documentation for me to submit to my insurance for scheduling. In perusing the fine jewelry within the store, I can say his designs are exquisite and of the highest quality in both craftsmanship and design. If I need any appraisals in the future or personally designed jewelry, David Stern will get my business.

The center piece was soldered back into place and surrounding diamond bands re-positioned so they were more symmetrical in appearance. The ring was cleaned and polished and looked better than brand new. David's attention to detail and expertise are awesome!
