Contacted Jason after seeing ad on cable for Guaranteedrate.com.  I had never heard of the company and was surprised to find out they were one of the top 10 largest lenders.  I have closed/refinanced over 12 mortgages and this was by far the easiest company to work with.  Clear communication and limited documentation even though I have complicated finances with rental property, etc.  All documents except for closing were handled via e-mail or their secure upload system and docu-sign.  A notary came to my house for closing.  Copies of closing docs sent via e-mail.  Closing was 4 weeks from application (probably only took that long due to a snag with my employer to verify my job which took over 2 weeks).  Best rate and closing costs for my situation.
