Jap Shop

My family and I have been taking our Hondas, Acuras, and Toyotas to the *** Shop for nearly 20 years. I was originally referred to them by a coworker and we have never had a bad experience! Chris, the manager is very honest and always explains each repair to ensure that customers understand the work which is being performed. They charge fair prices and use certified Honda, Acura, and Toyota parts. We keep our cars usually for over 10 years because they are well maintained by the *** shop. I'm sure that we have saved thousands of dollars over the years by having such great service for our cars. I highly recommend the *** shop!

I have been using Chris at the J** Shop in Boca as my only mechanic the past close to 15 years. Not only is his shop reliable and professional; he answers the phone himself, explains things like an auto shop instructor, has a passion for Japanese made vehicles and is knowledgeable enough to make recommendations. He has been evaluating and maintaining my new Honda Accords every 3 years for the past 5 leases. I trust him completely. He even drives me to and from the office when my car is ready to be picked up! You cannot ask for better service or more fair pricing. I give him my highest recommendation.

I have always been very happy with them. They are the only place I use for anything wrong with the engine or oil change for my car. They have coupons online on their website. They are reasonable and trustworthy. They are very good and I don't believe I can say anything wrong against them. Their prices are inline if not better than other places. Chris is the manager and he is exceptional. They have done my engine and I take my car to them unless it is something that is under warranty and they even work with my warranty company.

I am pleased with their work. I go there because when I take my car there and if for some reason the work that they had done to the car has a problem when you take it back there are no questions asked, they jump right on it, and they find it what is causing the issue and they are very thorough and they don't rip you off. They are very honest and they do it right the first time.
