Customer satisfaction and customer education are the foundation of my business. Teaching is my favorite part of on-boarding new customers with their new technology. I have a background in big tech as a 2nd Tier support specialist and cellular/mobile retail sales and product support. ***SENIOR CITIZENS WELCOME*** - I am very patient and like to explain things in terms easy to understand. I am proficient in Apple creative media products such as Photos, iMovie and GarageBand. I enjoy exploring ways to enhance these apps with the use of external hardware and finding ways to make external hardware work better for me. - I turned a cheap $200 drum set into a full sized electric kit which I can connect to my iPad or Apple computer to record with. - I used old phones and tablets and a free app to create an impromptu home security system I also taught my 10 year old son how to upgrade an old computer into a gaming computer.
