I had spoke to the guy who owns this company a few times. Very nice and personable. We were going to use him, but when it came time to check out his liability insurance, he had none. He gave us this long story about how he was going to get renewed. He did stay in contact but in the end he was just trying to get us to look past it. Whenever you hire someone be sure to go tohttps://apps8.fldfs.com/proofofcoverage/EmployerList.aspxto check out if a company is insured. Otherwise your homeowners will be paying.
