I hired this guy to replace a faucet on August 10, and the faucet broke 1.5 months later. We called him, and they were rude and said they only have a 30-day policy. Please do NOT hire this guy,y he was not professional, rude, and their work does not have quality.

We highly recommend Innovative Plumbing Solutions LLC. We purchased this deal to have an outdoor leaking hose faucet replaced and the plumber who came to repair it did an excellent job. We was prompt, professional and friendly. We would definitely use this company again in the future!

Yves, with his helper, was able to not only do the job at hand but pointed out a few other matters in the house (associated with the plumbing or electrical service to the water heater) that could use some attention. He also explained some things to me I needed to know about how to best handle the pending bathroom remodels within the HOA and Palm Beach County (which was helpful since I am a new resident here and unfamiliar with the permitting process). Yves arrives with a well stocked truck and tools, unlike your unlicensed handymen in the area and I validated his licensing is up to date with the county at the time of service.

We purchased a special "deal" on this website, saving us $75 when compared with what our prior plumber said he would charge us to swap out the faucets. Yves gave us a next-day appointment, was right on time, and was polite, courteous, and professional. Yves not only replaced it beautifully, but he explained what was wrong with the old one and why it had failed. A big part of the problem was that it was reinstalled after a kitchen renovation -- not by a plumber -- and the reinstallation was not done properly. Yves educated us about a number of things. Yves also took the time to answer some questions we had on other plumbing-related issues (the water heater, the main shut-off valve) and he told us that some of the things other plumbers had told us we needed to do were totally unnecessary. It is clear to us that Yves is interested in doing a job properly, rather than in "building a bill." Two previous plumbers -- both highly rated on Angie's List -- had given us incorrect information. There is no way we would have known this, not being plumbers ourselves. They both also missed the real causes of the problem -- the incorrect installation, and that a piece of rubber had broken off from our water valve and clogged the faucet. Yves advised us not to do any work on the water valve itself because it was still fine, despite the fact that the rubber piece was gone. We not only have a new faucet installed, but we are much better educated consumers. I am the President of my condo Board, and am going to recommend Innovative Plumbing Solutions (Yves) to our Property Manager. He is exactly the kind of person we need to do business with.

It went very well. He arrived 3 hours after I made the purchase. He was efficient and provided helpful advice regarding my plumbing above what he did that day. Essentially he was a consummate professional! He is my new plumber!

Yves, the plumber called me the evening before to schedule the appointment. Said he would arrive between 9-11am the following morning. He showed up at my home at 8:45am -- a very good beginning. I showed him the kitchen sink and old disposal. After a few moments examination, he said that the new disposal would fit perfectly with the old flange. He removed the old disposal, and in 15 minutes had the new disposal installed. He tested the disposal to see that it worked properly, and that there were no leaks from any of the water/drainage lines.  He then gave me some tips to ensure that I would get the most efficient use from the disposal-- including using ice cubes to help eliminate odor build-up.
Yves is a very out-going and personable individual -- and he didn't look to sell me any plumbing services beyond what I had ordered -- which made for a very good ending.  I should also note that if you have dogs -- Yves is a dog-owner who will get along very well with them. As the owner of 3 large and 1 small dog, I appreciated that I didn't have to put them in a separate room while Yves worked.  I will definitely use Yves again.
