Innovative construction has been serving the south Florida area for 10 years now. We are fully licensed. Bonded and Insured company; We have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and are members of Gold coast builders association. Our customers will never speak to a salesman; home owner will work directly with James Orphanos owner and operator of Innovative Construction. All sub-contractors that are hired by innovative construction have to be fully licensed and insured, Sub-Contractor will have meet the highest of standers in order to work for Innovative Construction. Sub- Contractors, Plumber, Electricians, A/C and Roofers.

Innovative Construction has a full line of serves to offer, from a complete home renovation to just remolding your Kitchen and bathrooms. We provide serves from high end remolding of custom interiors to your basic kitchen and bathroom needs. If you’re in the market to build a new home from the ground up we do it all, as well as adding on additions/Extensions to your home.

Description of Work: Completely renovated 22-year-old villa. New bathrooms, kitchen; all lighting including switches and outlets; cabinetry, doors, floors and painting.
