The owner of the company install the air conditioned in my condo without insurance and without licensed which required by the city, then after the job I found out he did not apply for a permit and we have no final inspections from the city. By the law it must have a permit and license and insurance and inspections . And he didn't have all of those things. Any homeowners cannot sell any property without air-conditioning inspections by the law here in Florida. The name of the Service Provider: Yoav Elmakiyas

The unit was installed incorrectly in the attic. It wasn’t balanced. Therefore, it leaked water into my ceiling. It was a horrible mess. Yoav said - that’s why you have homeowners insurance, call them. It was a horrible experience. Do not hire him.

No attempt to sell me anything, no dire warnings, just good service. Definitely recommended.
Description of Work: I called IGWT on Monday morning at 8:45 for an air conditioner issue (frozen coils). By 9:30, he was at my house checking it out. He called me with the initial diagnosis (low Freon), took care of it, and told me we'd monitor the situation to see if anything further needed to be done.
