water heater repair, cabinet refacing
 + 0 moreIts been two months and I haven't heard from "Leadership" and FPL tells me that I have to contact Homeserve.
Description of Work: My water heater broke. I have a warranty with this company. They repair it or replace it. Two technicians came out and couldn't fix it. They told me that I needed to buy a new water heater because I didn't pass the 30 day grace period under the policy. . I called an electrician that changed two wires in 20 minutes and my water heater works now. I called homeserve to explain what happened and inform them that they misdiagnosed the problem and owe me $180. I have sent several faxes and phone calls, not to mention letters thru the mail and i get no response. The last person I spoke to named "maria" said that she sent my concerns to "leadership". This company was recommended by FPL.
