 + -1 moreThe experience was really great. Rob answered my emails and phone calls very promptly and was very courteous and helpful allowing me to accomplish my goal of getting a bike I really loved. I am very happy with the whole transaction. I had shopped other places first and didn't have good experiences (either salesmen weren't around or weren't very helpful). I would HIGHLY recommend Home Fitness Headquarters for all your exercise equipment needs.
Description of Work: I was looking for an exercise bike and found this place online I had had a bad experience with a bike I ordered online and needed to return a defective bike I purchased from Nordic Track website. It was hard to get hold of them to arrange the return and they were not helpful at all. I went to visit Home Fitness showroom. Rob offered great customer service in helping me decide what to get that fit my budget and needs. He also made it extremely easy to have the bike delivered to my house and assembled for a very reasonable price compared to other places around and offered to disassemble the bike I had to return and pack it up for me. The whole company was very professional.
