Called ahead and arrived as on time. Assessed the situation and weighed all options. It's obvious that this is an owner-operated company and he had deep knowledge of how the homes in the area were plumbed. Ended up removing a toilet and clearing a blockage.

Scary part is another contractor claws there moments before him and quoted me 2000 after looking in my toilet and deciding that I had a collapsed line and needed to have it cleared, jetted, tv'd. Then he would quote the repair. Always trust your instincts.

The water bill at my mom's house reflected a water leak of 35,000 gallons in one month instead of the average 5,000 gallons/month. It turned out to be a toilet that had previously been repaired by my mom's contracted service company. The plumber checked out everything and did not find a leak without having to do a more expensive leak search. Also, to make sure there was no other leak, he had us check the water meter and not use any water for 2 hrs then check the meter again to see if there was any change and there was not.

Easy to set up appointment. Called right back. Called when he was on way. Work was done quickly but still paid attention to detail. Area was clean when completed.

They are awesome. The guy did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future for any other needs.

As stated above, Joe Hoff is helpful, prompt, and charges reasonable prices. What I really liked about him though was his obvious breadth of knowledge and ability to diagnose and resolve problems so quickly. I have never found a plumber who was so efficient and courteous. I keep Joe's card handy, now. It is nice ot have someone upon whom one can rely for great service.
