We had a terrible ant infestation--even in the dishwasher and coffee maker. I tried to treat it myself with ant traps, ant gel, sprays, and by caulking cracks, etc., but they were always there when we brought in any food.
The treatment took about an hour and was very thorough. A husband and wife team removed switch plates to spray inside the walls, sprayed down the drains, all baseboards and out on the screened porch. They explained the life cycle of the ant and how they were sent out by the queen to find sugar and/or water. It was suggested that I wipe down counters with a vinegar solution and keep everything clean and dry.
It has been two months and NO ANTS!!! Thank you Haggerty Pest Service. I was contacted recently to check on how things were going and although I do not need them right now I would definitely recommend them and call them again for any other pest problems.
