The two gentleman that came out to my home were very kind and ultimately got the job done (after a few tries). My issue is not with them so much as it is with the office. The office initially wanted me to pay for the two plumbers hour-long lunch break. They later credited me back a half hour on my bill after some back and forth. While the plumbers were working they damaged my custom closet system which backs up to the master bath. The office refused to pay for this damage as they said, "they had no idea what was on the other side of that wall." I'm fairly certain it's your responsibility to find out the scope of the work prior to drilling aimlessly into my walls. This is now an added cost I have to incur. Moreover, after they spent an entire day at my home the valve for the tub began to leak. They did come out first thing the following morning to repair this, however, it just compounded an already negative experience. Next time I will call Solty's Plumbing and save myself the headache.

I was very pleased - our plumber diagnosed immediately and went right to work - did not try to sell me on anything that I did not need, and in fact talked me out of something that I thought I needed stating it would be a waste of money - I really appreciated his honesty. He did recommend a very low-cost valve placement to help prevent future clogs which we agreed to - a few days later we had a leak from the new valve however he came right back out and fixed it with no discussion of an additional charge. I am always hesitant of using new services (this was my first time with H & H) as I feel that some companies take advantage of their customers' lack of knowledge, however I did not feel that way with H & H and for that reason I would use them again and recommend them to anyone else. I corresponded with 3 people total from the company and all three were extremely professional and friendly. Nice company,

They were slow and expensive. I have used them twice, once on a flat rate and once on an hourly rate. On an hourly rate, it took about twice as long as I thought it should have. Their work was fine but that was my impression. I spent about $750 to $800 with them. I had an issue with their price. I made a mistake on the second job by doing it on an hourly basis because the guy was like working like he did not have shoes on but I would possibly use them again in the future.

The second visit was to replace a leaking ball valve, which we charged you for 1 hour. (our minimum rate) and material. The second call was a service call, (not a quote/estimate). I'm not sure if you were being literal about "no shoes", but I hope so! Bill was great! He called to tell us he was on his way and arrived on time. He was courteous and professional. He was able to quickly determine what needed to be done and started the work right away. Very pleased with Bill's work. I also had a good experience talking with the lady who answered the phone (don't recall her name). She was able to determine what type of service call we needed and got us scheduled quickly.

We had a leak under the foundation of our house and they repaired it without having to drill through our tile. Since this was not covered by homeowner's insurance this could have been a very costly repair. H&H was very informative and offered various options for the repair; they cleaned up after themselves and are just great people to do business with. I highly recommend and will be calling them for all future needs!

H&H's efforts at repairing the shower system have been on-going for approximately 6 weeks. We called because the shower would not deliver a mix of hot and cold water. The plumber arrived at the scheduled time and after checking out the system informed that we needed to replace the canister in the shower, which cost about $250 and had to be ordered. After the part arrived they called to schedule a time to repair the shower. Again, the plumber arrived as scheduled, replaced the canister and reported that he had fixed the problem. However, the following day we still had the exact same issue - the water was either hot or cold and would not mix. We called to report that we were having the same problem. Including the initial visit to diagnose the problem we have had plumbers out on 4 occasions and we are still experiencing the same problem. On one occasion they were four hours late. I can only conclude that the initial diagnosis was wrong and we have a new, unnecessary $250 part, plus have paid for 2 house calls plus time for the total of more than $500 and we still don't have a properly working shower.
We found the company and the plumbers they sent out to be sympathetic - but they simply haven't fixed the problem.
We will try to find someone else that can properly do the job.
