Andy, my installer, did a great job! Very professional. I am very happy with the Grab Bar Guys work.

I called on Friday, they came out on Saturday. He arrived early after confirming if it would be ok. They had provided an estimate over the phone. The work was complete and the price was as expected. The installer was courteous and considerate. While a handyman might be able to do this type of work for themselves for less, for our immediate need and for the effort involved, it was worth every penny.

The installer came out on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule. It happens that the people intended for the shower grab bars are primarily my elderly parents, 93 and 85 and he made sure the grab bars were placed at a height consistent with their heights for the best outcome possible. He took some time with the measuring process.

In the master bath he also took into account my height and convenience. The bathtub has an awkward ledge in front of it and I did not feel secure stepping down into the bathtub. Since the install I have thought many times that I was lucky not to have fallen and that I should have done the install when I moved in.

I would definitely use this contractor again however this company is a very specialized service and I would not need the service unless I move.

I called for an appointment and told them I could only be there on Saturday due to my work schedule. The woman who spoke to me described the installation process and the materials to be used. I chose the standard stainless steel bars however she explained that custom colors and sizes were also available. On the Saturday, the installer came when he was scheduled. He discussed placement options and I actually tried them out prior to installing them in the suggested location. This was a very positive experience.
