Not too great at returning calls. Had to call twice in the beginning, and again to find out when he would return to do the work.
Came right when promised. fixed  everything to our satisfaction, and volunteered to fix a couple of other items that he suggested without any additional charge.
Overall excellent.

We called Gotham because the string broke on one of our shades and was under warranty. They came out, took down the shade, took it to the manufacturer's repair center, and returned it to us with a new string.  However, we soon noticed that the shade was badly wrinkled at the top and was crooked when rolled all the way down.  This was not the way it was before the repair.  We called and emailed Gotham numerous times to come back and fix this.  They were non-responsive. When they finally did respond, months later, they denied that it was their responsibility. I called the manufacturer, who confirmed that Gotham was responsible to repair this, and the manufacturer called Rick at Gotham.  Only at that point did  Rick agree to come out and take the shade back for repair by the manufacturer.  But then he again started ignoring our calls and emails and never came to make the repair.  I finally got the manufacturer to give me another company to make the repair.  That company came out the morning after I called, and showed me that the shade had been re-installed improperly (fabric was caught on a metal clip) and that was why the fabric was wrinkled and shade was crooked.  He fixed it in about 2 minutes. 

We will not be using Gotham again. Although they did good work initially, their follow up and responsiveness was horrible.
