Ana is very responsive and was considerate of the fact that I needed to work around a set timeframe. I was pleased with process of setting up the appointment and the fact that the lady arrived right on time.
I was working and unable to monitor the work that was being done. I've had plenty of housekeepers in the past and never had any issues. Sure some are better than others, but the basics always got done and I've never had any complaints. However, once I finally had time to check the work about 20 minutes after the housekeeper left my home, I couldn't figure out what was done in a 4 hour period in a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath 1000 square foot condo! The following are the highlights of the reason I am giving an F rating in work quality:
-- Guest bathroom was not cleaned. I took photos of the thick layer of dust and the dead moth I wiped off the countertop 20 minutes after the housekeeper left because I was so shocked. The shower was bone dry and the shampoo dried on the wall was still there; it clearly was not cleaned.
-- Master shower was not cleaned; it was also bone dry.
-- Vacuum was run through the easy to reach areas of the rooms. I have a dog and hardwood floors so I know exactly what wasn't vacuumed. . . pretty much anywhere that required maneuvering around furniture. Floors were mopped on top of poor vacuuming job so I had to take a towel and dry the floors to pick up all the remaining dirt and dog hair that was now wet and gross.
-- I can no longer see through my sliding glass doors because they are so streaked. (No exaggeration...I have no idea what was used on them but it made a dirty mess.)
Overall - I can't recommend the service purely for the poor quality of the work performed and the fact that so little actual work was done. Very disappointed!
