If you want meticulous, custom and detailed then Gil is your guy. I think we spent overall 8+ hours in the planning stages alone. Gil is the contractor, no subbing out except for granite install and backsplash. Even then he's on site making sure everything goes according to plan. The people he uses are ones he's worked with before and knows the quality of work. He does all the work which was wonderful. We chose Gil from here after checking with other companies and contractors. He's very personable, keeps his job site clean, and takes pride in making sure what is proposed is the end result. Would use him no question for other work.

Gil spent about one hour on our initial visit to measure everything and get an idea of what type of cabinets, tile and the general look I was looking for. Three days later we met again at my home and Gil showed me three dimensional drawings of both the kitchen and bathroom. After I had a chance to review everything (there are so many selections/choices with even small remodels), I had several additional meetings to make revisions and final product selections. The cabinets I selected were delivered 16 days after they were ordered. The contractor started the work two days after the remaining materials were delivered to the house. The entire project took 4 weeks to complete and included demolition of a kitchen and a bathroom to bare walls. Installation of kitchen cabinets, granite counters, backsplash, plumbing and electrical changes to meet code and flooring. bath tub, shower wall tile and vanity with counter and faucet. Overall, the job went very smoothly. Gil was available almost immediately during the entire process and responded to all of my concerns. This was my first renovation of this size and Gil Valdes made it a quick and painless process. My kitchen and bathroom look better than I imagined.

The procees went smoothly from original designs, revisions to the completion of the work. Gil the owner was involved with every step of construction..

This company's pricing was in line with two other estimates but they spent a lot of time producing 3D drawings of this bathroom until I was satisfied with the design. Once all materials were gathered in my garage (took several weeks to find some of the finishes) they started and did not stop until work was complete.

We just hired Gil Valdes general contractor to remodel our kitchen, cabinets, flooring, appliances, glass tile backs plash, stainless steel sink and some modifications to interior walls. The 3 Dimensional designs look great. can't wait to get started in a couple of weeks.
