Furniture - Sales
I ordered home entertainment furniture from the furnitureblue.com website on 8/18/08. Since my order has been placed furnitureblue has offered poor communication as to the status of the order as well as delivery. As of 10/5/08 they cannot tell me what the location and status of my order is and what firm delivery date I can expect. All communication is done on a case by case submission with no direct interaction. All emails issue warnings of not to call. They tell me that a delivery company will handle the installation, but there is no contact information for that company only a status website that has only been updated twice in the last 30 days.
