Advice to the wise: Stay away from this furniture repairer. If you do use them, take well-lit photos of the furniture to be repaired., close up and frem every angle, including areas not directly related to the repair. The owner of this franchise store will not take responsibility for a botched repair and keeps insisting areas that should not have been touched were improperly finished before his employee "repaired" the piece. I would have preferred to deal with the gashes they were asked to repair rather than the way the furniture looks now.

"We were asked to carry out this repair by a cleaning company that caused the damage. The customer claimed that we had carried out additional work to the piece that would have taken in excess of 3-4 hours. We were only in the home 1.5 hours. The cleaning company met with us at the customers and were happy with the work we carried out. The customer also complained to the Better Business Bureau. We responded to them, they reviewed the case and it has been closed with no further action required."
