I am one of those people who gets three or four quotes, and really compares and checks out what vendors quote. Friendly was priced either best price or next to best price. With all things equal, I originally went with them because of their professionalism, no BS, and well...friendliness. I gave the quality rating as a B (and maybe I could have rated it a C) because our brand new system started leaking freon 3 or 4 months in, the Friendly A/C guys were right out to recharge and place in a diagnostic dye. The freon leaked out again, and it was on a weekend day the guys didn't work, and it just so happened we had folks in from out of town staying with us. After a professional conversation, the Friendly A/C guy found an acquaintance of his that could come out and recharge our A/C for the weekend. It really helped us out of a bind, and it was going the extra effort. The bad part was discovered, and the Friendly A/C guys covered it on the system warranty, replaced it on the schedule that was best for us. We've had couple of instances where the system failed to work as it should (hence the slight downgrade on the quality), but, I should stress, the quality of the Friendly A/C Customer Service has always be high quality, professional, and attentive to our requests. We've had the new A/C just over a year now, and it seems to be running smoothly. I would recommend the guys from Friendly A/C.

Price was excellent. Minor issues with installation were handled same day by different installer who replaced thermostat and re-positioned pipes.

They gave me the best quote for a 16 seer 3 ton air conditioner. On the day of installation, I was so happy with everything, I had them install the UV light kit in the coils. They were very professional and made sure there were not leaks in the ducts. It was inspected and passed with no issues. I would highly recommend them. Everything was completed within one day and was done in a timely manner.
