Charles of Florida Caretakers is our third house sitter in one year of having a home in Florida.  Charles has performed flawlessly, and, consistently the checks on the condition of the property.  When he believes there is an issue with the house he will call while still at the house to inform me of the proplem. In six months Charles has never failed to show for a weekly check.  Charles also varies when he checks on the house by a few days each week so his arrival is not predictable.  There are a few "bad" people in this business but Charles of Florida Caretakers does an absolutely outstanding job.  I am so very thankful to have Florida Caretakers watching the house because we don't have to worry about the house when we are away from Florida.  I expect to use Charles for a long time.
