Florida's Best Lawn and Pest was fantastic to work with. The design was exactly what we asked for. They provided ideas and alternatives, working with us to create a great front yard. The supervisor was on site regularly to check on the work, as well as to help. The team was great: punctual, clean, pleasant, and hard working (in horrible heat). We highly recommend them, very professional, creative and knowedgeable.

Had them trim a palm tree, they ended up cutting the bulb which killed it. instead of being a businessman and fix the problem, they dont want to take responsibility for their mistake. dont hire this company as they dont assume any responsibility for anything they do if it goes wrong. Then when I offered to pay, he says maybe next week he will come out to fix their mistake. once again they dont know how to run a business. If you want your property damaged hire this company they are very good at that and not assuming any responsibility for their employees.

My daughter needed her yard renovated after recently purchasing their home. We contacted several companies in the hopes of getting the work done quickly. Some never returned our calls and some were too busy to do the work within our timeline. I finally contacted Patrick from Florida’s Best Lawn & Pest. He said he was available to do the work by the end of the week. I had a contract from him within the hour and he had a guy out by the afternoon to spray the old grass. As promised his crew (Zach, Oscar, Elmer, & Matt) arrived early Friday morning and got the yard prepared for the sod. The sod arrived shortly thereafter and the yard was completed by early afternoon. It looked great. I’d definitely use them again.

They would only sell lawn care with their pest control. I agreed and when it came time for them to make an appointment for the next service, one of their workers demanded payment before the other appointment could be made. I said that he would have to call back as I was busy. The workman instantly became enraged and demanded the 65 dollars that was 2 weeks past the service date. When I told him that I would tend to it later and he could hold off on making that next appointment, he insisted on coming over to the house that moment to get his payment. Rather than calling the police over an extortion attempt of 65 big ones, I paid the bill online and cancelled my service. There are thousands of pest control companies in Boca Raton, and I hardly need to be threatened or extorted by bug thugs.

I signed up for a deal and paid them. The deal states it includes "Service package: 4 treatments". However, they only did 1 treatment. I talked to them about it, they claim it's AngiesList fault. They refuse to honor the deal so I cannot trust them.

I had a White Fly problem on my Ficus tree in my front yard. I called Florida’s Best Lawn and Pest. By the next day they were already on the scene to diagnose the problem and treat my tree. They sprayed the Ficus with some White Fly removal spray. Within 2 months the White Fly was totally gone! They came back every other month to check up on the status of the tree until the problem was solved. Definitely recommend!
