Description of Work: Nazario Cortez from First Choice Plumbing not only purchased my water heater and delivered it without me having to go and select somewhere else, but he also installed same in a clean, professional manner. His service cost was great and honest. I will recommend him anytime for plumbing work. He has also done other jobs at home and we are very pleased with his professionalism and friendly manner not to mention his honest prices. His brother Alex Cortez from A.C. Electric & Design, has done many electrical jobs at my home. He is also an excellent electrician and I recommend him highly. Way to go brothers!

+ 1 moreNext visit was today 8/21/14. My hot water heater started leaking overnight. I actually texted him and he responded by 6 am. Fixed the problem in one day fair price and same great service. Will be back out to repair my kitchen faucet when parts come in.
Description of Work: This was the first of two visits in one week. Excellent response time, service and professionalism. very trusting and personable. Lives close by which was a plus. First visit was to an apartment I lease out and he was able to get there same day to unclog a drain which was causing backup in kitchen sink and dishwasher. Repaired same day.

He was able to pick up the water heater and install it the same day efficiently and quickly and his price was right for a commercial grade hot water heater to be installed in a closet. We would definitely use him again and would recommend his services.

+ -1 morePerfectly. Nazario Cortex and his crew arrived precisely at the time that was scheduled. The work involved considerably more time and effort as it was discovered that the leak was coming from another area after making the first opening. Even though, the quoted price was honored. A broken washing macine faucet was also replaced with no extra charge. Nazario and his crew were friendly, courteous and professional. Nazario also followed up with a visit the day after doing the work to be sure that all was ok.
Description of Work: Repaired under slab water leak. Needed to go through the tile flooring and slab in two areas to make the repairs. Returned slab and flooring to tile ready condition.
