The website was really easy to use. I had numerous flower arrangement options to choose from. When I finally picked a beautiful tri-rose bouquet, I placed the order to have it delivered to my fiance's job in the afternoon. The online checkout process was seamless and when I called the location the customer service was friendly and informative. My fiance received the flowers very happily.

We had asked for one color in the center pieces. When we went to look at them before they were delivered, they had two different colors in the center pieces. The manager told me that they would fix them but when they were delivered they did not remove the other color roses. They had just pushed them down I was not happy with there services. The flowers that they used were not even fresh.
