This company was recommended to me by a friend who had performed a similar "complete HVAC overhaul". Tim visited my home and collected data such as room volumes, existing feeds and returns, etc. to perform a load analysis and provided an estimate. On accepting the estimate we scheduled the work for two days in the future. Tim and his team were punctual and performed the complete work as expected on the scheduled days. I am very happy with the results, not only having a higher efficiency HVAC system and replacement of an aging and deteriorating air handler, but also knowing all the ductwork is now completely clean of dust, dirt, mold, etc. (Old ductwork was about 40 years old.) Tim was very easy to work with, informative, and obviously very competent. He and his team mostly worked in the garage as a staging area, and kept the area organized and cleaned over the two days. After the job was complete, there was no additional cleanup required on my part.
