"Hello, This is the first time that i'm seeing this. After reading this, I had to respond. My Website states that we DO NOT guarantee specific times. People think we are miracle workers.....we are not. I am sorry this person expected a morning delivery to Palm Beach Gardens, from my shop in Boca raton....approx 40 miles each way. In business, we all must depend on the other employees to do their jobs correctly. Sometimes things happen. We've now been in business over 20 years and have hundreds of glowing reviews across the web. We offered to rectify the issue but was met with hostility. We issued a refund for the delivery $11.95"
