Description of Work: beautiful bouquet for anniversary gift....May not have been unnecessarily pricy as quality and high cost flowers were used.

Description of Work: I stopped in to order flowers for a friend who was in the hospital. Unfortunately, the hospital was out of the delivery area, but the florist took care of ordering everything for me and having it delivered. My friend was very happy with the flowers.

Description of Work: I ordered flowers for my wife for her birthday a day in advance. The answering service (which represents them) assured me that she would get her flowers the following morning. That was the sole reason that I used this company. Well, by 11:30AM I talked to my wife and she had not received them yet(was a surprise so didn't ask her) I tried calling the florist quite a few times and only got their answering service again. I left several messages for them to call me and let me know when she would be getting them. NO RETURN CALLS!! Well, eventually at 4:15pm, I again talked to my wife and still no flowers. She then told me she was leaving at 4:30pm to go to Happy Hour with the girls for her birthday. So I then had to ruin the surprise and tell her she can't leave yet because she is expecting flowers. Not only ruin the surprise, but hold her up at work, and she had NO flowers on her desk the day of her birthday. Finally at 4:50pm, I was fed up and told her to leave and have the front desk refuse the delivery if they come. Well needless to say, as she was walking out the door at 5:00, she ran into the delivery guy. She signed for the flowers and asked why they were so late. His response was that the flowers for some reason were sent down to Boca from PBG(where she works), and then delivered back to PBG. He said he thought it was stupid and didn't know why the PBG site didn't deliver them. The next day I called and got the owner, his response was that the answering service shouldn't have told me that I was going to get a morning delivery. My response was, "well, the answering service represents YOU, so its your fault". After what should of been a relatively short conversation, turned into a 20 minute conversation of who was in the wrong. TERRIBLE customer service. He then offered me 2 for the price of one roses next time I ordered!!!! Why in the heck would I ever use him again!!!!!!!! He then offered me, after my refusal, a $11 credit on my delivery. I was so tired of arguing with this guy, I accepted. It has now been TWO WEEKS and still no credit to my account.
