It was a great experience , a real pleasure to work with him, he is still doing jobs for many of my properties and I only can recommend him, not only he is on time (god we know how impossible that is in Florida ) he is very detail oriented and his estimates where never changed no surprise what so ever. He had work on few projects and when parts where missing he ordered the parts and delivered it promptly , deposits where not taken it was payed all after job was completed that showed me how honest this contractor is!
