+ -1 moreThe delivery was on time (unfortunately this is the only part that was satisfactory) The quality of the flowers are very poor. The life of the flowers are very poor, turning brown in less than 24 hours Expect the actual size to be 1/2 the size represented on the website
Description of Work: I ordered an arrangement of flowers from their website. The website showed a picture of a large bouquet of flowers in a nice rounded vase. I sent them an email stating my dissatisfaction, with photos of what was represented on the website and a photo of what was delivered. It was 30-50% smaller bouquet with a significantly cheaper vase. I received no reply from the company explaining the reason for the huge difference.
