Eric Paquins Pressure Cleaning and Painting

Amazing! The best contractor experience I've had in South Florida in 15 years by far. My initial call was returned within 15 minutes and Eric was able to come by the next day to look at the house and share a quote. He recommended additional services like blacktopping driveway, painting the porch and walkway and pressure washing the sidewalk in front of the house so that everything would look great after the painting was done. He shared the quantity of materials needed for the job and allowed me to use his paint discount. We set a date and Eric and his team completed the entire job over three days: roof coating, house paint, patio ceiling repair, porch and walkway painting and sidewalk pressure wash. The attention to detail was impressive and the house looks beautiful. It's definitely the "stand out" house on the block now.

Eric painted a neighbors home about a month before, and they were extremely happy with the price and quality of work.  I called Eric a few weeks later and informed him that I wanted him to paint my house as well, but that I needed to take care of a few things on the exterior first (i.e. wood rot on facia boards, and replace a rusty panel on my garage door).  He even offered to help find someone to repair my facia boards.  As soon as I had the needed repairs done, I called Eric and we scheduled the work for a few days later.  He came early on Sunday morning and pressure cleaned the roof, the entire house, patio, and sidewalks.  He then came back early the next day and painted the entire house as well as the sidewalk leading from my driveway to the front door - all in one day and all by himself!  I really like the fact that Eric is the only person that I dealt with - from first contact to performing all work himself.  Also, he is licensed and Insured which is good peace of mind.
